Hi, I’m Angelica Hodges—a certified FNTP, Nutritionist, and Holistic Health Coach. I’ve spent the last 10ish years in the wellness space, doing everything from working one-on-one with clients to creating nourishing meals designed to help them thrive.
Over the past few years, I’ve deepened my focus on blood work analysis and root cause wellness—because true healing goes far beyond managing symptoms. That journey inspired me to reopen my practice and offer nutrition consultations once again.
After listening to and working closely with so many women who were tired of feeling unwell and unheard, I felt called to take a leap of faith and return to one-on-one care. My mission is simple: help you uncover why you feel the way you do, and guide you back into balance with food, lifestyle, and holistic healing.
Outside of my practice, I’m a wife and proud mom to three amazing boys. We love spending time outdoors, enjoying the simple joys of fresh air and sunshine. 🌞
You can follow along on social media at #blessedmamawellness, where I share my daily cooking, practical health tips, and inspiration for living well.
It’s never easy to share this, as a Nutritionist most people would look at me and never see all the things I was feeling inside my body. I was stuck, feeling alone and frustrated that my doctors would tell me I was perfectly healthy but yet I had a host of symptoms. A lot of what I was going through I now understand was an overly toxic body, heavy metals, mold, Lyme and co infections, a life of not eating “well” and being on hormonal birth control.
I was 22 and in collage when inflammation and RA started to affect my hands. This was bad for so many reasons, but I worked in fashion and a lot of my workload was using my hands! I experienced insomnia, fatigue, irregular cycles even though I was on birth control to regulate it. Mood swings, cravings, swelling. There was a period of time when I would circulate from a UTI to yeast infections and my gynecologist didn’t understand what was going on.
I spent years researching and learning as much about health as I could to navigate and advocate for myself. I’ve learned from different mentors on how to apply useful techniques and navigate root cause to change the way we think of wellness. This isn’t just for me, it’s for my family, my children and the next generation that I’m sharing everything I’ve learned.
